I can't find a job to save my life,
been out of jail since December-
and if you asked me where I've applied
I could tell you 100 that I remember.

But I will tell you too
that God is good and takes care,
for I haven't gone without anything
because of family and friends He put there.

I had broken apart at a point,
not having faith in things I should,
feeling like I couldn't go on,
constant worry made life no good.

But a friend did what was best,
what God told him to do-
he got me put in the hospital
where I got meds that make life seem new.

I always get money when I need it,
God gives every day a peak,
I am healthy enough to donate
my plasma twice a week.

And one day I will teach others
who are in the place where I was
that God is there and He does care
and faith changes lives, it does!

My beautiful Dixie girl, you make me want to hug you for these beautiful words and thoughts you wrote.

Let us give grace for the right job to show up quickly, so that you will feel reassured, even though you already know that you don't walk your path alone.

Love and hugs.

It sounds as though you have come down a long, hard road Dixie ... but this poem shows optimism, fortitude, faith and strength. Wonderful all around!

Best wishes and hugs,
/Kit

Oh dear Dixie, just like Margherita, I want in on that big hug for you too. And let me tell you, things will, get better because now you are on the right path. We all owe you for all of your honesty, courage, and inspiration over the years, and you know what, so does life.

Blessings to you.
