simple mask of poverty
gilded in rows of darkness
minted in reality
causes the mind to regress

mining in the cavern’s soul
gems of diversity
hewn in nature’s netting
letting economy’s dole
empty into string-drawn coffers
leather holders of pieces gold
recovering the resonance told
of  withdrawn offers

to loose the chains of mediocrity

There was a wealth of meaning in those simple lines.  I like the way you say so much with so few words.  Thanks for sharing
