Hold me through this heart hurt
Let me cling to you selfishly
We’ll whisper all the pain away
In quiet, sit with me and hold me

If there's any doubt about my heart to you, my friend...it's totally a lack in my ability to convey the feelings.

Group hug anyone? But in all seriousness I hope you gain solace from your heart hurt by your friends at home and "abroad."

warm wishes,

I am a bit overwhelmed by the depth of caring among this community of poets.  I wrote this last night as a plea for Cade to stay longer - to sit with me so we could try to heal each other's pain.  I knew it was an impossible request, but I am not ready for  him to go.  I know it is for the best and what he wanted -- but I am not ready for this.

I am sending each and every one of you a basket of hugs and kisses.  When you think you are alone and you feel lonely, just get out the basket and know that I am kissing and hugging on you.
