Mother Moon

Glittering sparkles
light the clear, night sky
in an endless glow
as fairies flit about
to greet the rising of
Mother Moon.

Sigh, what a lovely scene you share, in words and picture, I think I might want to linger here for a while to become part of the magic ...

Very lovely, dear Michael!

I think this is well inkeeping with your usual vividity (is that a word?)

An evening lit with glittering fairies and moonlight! How enchanting!

I hope you don't mind. I saved that fantasmagorical graphic to my Fairy Folder!

Artic Wind,

This is a lovely picture and poem.

It reminds me that in Oriental cultures, the calendar is based on the moon, while in the Occident; the calendar is based on the sun.

I love the moon.
