We Shall Touch Again


Five in the morning
seems empty & lonely
without my darling
by my side.

I would love to
live forever with you
but I count the days
without you.

I'm yearning for the
joy of the day
and the sensuality
of the nights
when we shall
touch again.

well done indeed!  it reminded me of the days i spent counting how long my ex and i were seperated.  almost made me cry.  thanks very much for sharing this poem.  i hope that one day i will feel like this about some one again.
