When exactly should you give up your dreams? When they're brutally sethered, torn at the seams? I've been taught the life lesson, if it's worth it to fight But what if you've battled with all of your might? What if some dreams are not ment to be? What if that vision is all you will see? Do you carry on dreaming that dream every night? Hoping and praying to see the bright light? Today my dream was taken away Though in the back of my mind Im sure it will stay I'll fight no longer and in time wounds will heal I'll forget my sweet dream and build something thats real |

Very good poem. But never give up dreams. Dream change a world....It is a powerful thing. |

JEZZ24, You have some good thinking going on in your poem. Reality has the advantge of being real. Many times you can do something with reality. There is nothing like it. This poem is well arranged, and done. Bobby |

Nice writing...I think dreams fail when we limit our dreams and focus on the wrong person or situation to fulfill our dream, thinking we have figured everything out...sometimes the dream needs to continue with someone else in it, or some adjustments need to be made...James |

Dreams are life! Practically every thought you have is a dream . . . of a sort. 'Gee, I'd sure like some pizza... Man, a beer would go good with it... Wow...look at her... Look at my hair . . . I'm gonna . . . I need . . . want ... must ...' So, tell me, where do dreams end and life begins...or, is it all a living dream? Even the bad things....'I wish it would end.' Right...ends here... enjoyed...j. |

Thanks for all your comments guys. I do think that dreams are a magical gift and that they shouldnt be given up easily, however some dreams are unhealthy... some of them you have to let go. But dont worry..... I have plenty more dreams to aspire too  |
