Don’t miss me son,
no don’t miss me.

I’m gone,
but I’m here with you.

Just look out the door.

I’m the dirt and litter
in the street.

I’m the rotting garbage
in our stinking back alley.

Open you window,
and breathe me in.

I’m the pollution
of a thousand trucks and busses
moving and moaning
up and down
Allegheny Avenue.

I’m here for you always,
and I leave you this,
our beloved city—
make it yours.

Bobby

Yo Inspired-8,

Thanks for the very kind words.  We have to have Felix die in the end of the book.

I'm pleased if you like Felix and the gang.

oh, sadly happy time. It will remember Felix as a place that once served as his rocker. right?

Enjoyed the read.

Seoulair,

Now don't panic.  I write all my books scatter-shot.  Nothing is in natural progression.  Felix is sticking around for a while.

Dear RDB,

Don't worry Hon, Felix will be around for a while.  I only have about two hundred pages written so far.  Felix is good for another hundred.

Well at least when he does die, no one can say he hadn't lived.  I hope there are many more pages of his life to come.  Joyce

Don't know that I've ever told you, but I've always enjoyed your raw, real, razor sharp vision of reality.  Excellent write!

Thanks Joyce,

Yes, and Felix has enjoyed every minute of his life.  He still does, he's way lucky.

Thanks Robert Frazier,

I'm lucky.  All I have to do to get inspiration is look out my window, and keep my ears open, here in the hood.

I'm glad you enjoy knowing about Felix's life.

Bobby
