When he opens the door of evening
She is not there to greet him.
He thought in time he wouldn’t care,
But loneliness doesn’t wear an evening gown,
Nor has she that soft and silky hair . . .

Ah ... just a little inspired weaving~

When he opens the door of evening
Does he feel her ?
She is not there to greet him.
Ah, but her fragrance assaults his senses~
He thought in time he wouldn’t care,
But, she made sure he would remember for always
But loneliness doesn’t wear an evening gown,
Yet the breeze of gossamer softly touches him
Nor has she that soft and silky hair . . .
Ah ... he does remember~

He will never forget, be it abject sadness, or a legacy of sweet remembrance . . .

Thanks ever so much!
