The door
I dared to open,
the room
I dared to enter,
it was not
as they had told me.
It had windows
filled with light,
and I closed the door
behind me, unafraid.

down the wall ...
they simply cease to be
when into the light they fall~

I enjoyed this Art. We should never be afraid to enter those rooms. Many hold unexpected pleasant surprises. Nice work. Take care and Have fun. Steve

I guess I like things simple and clean, Art.
I think this is one of your best yet. Says it all.

Art,

This is an excellent hopeful poem.  Of course, we all know, that's the way it always is.

I like this poem a lot.

It is indeed very good. A wish, a hope and a reality.
