               A Plague of Scarlet

                 Long, long ago
in a life before the codes
             of yellow, orange and red,
my life was spent with pleasant dreams
             that danced within my head.

Then time and thoughts were all erased.
             The dreams of yesteryear
                  were no more!
              The world had changed!
             The simple life was gone,
                only to be replaced
              by yellow, orange and red.

aaah...thank you for the positive comment...i feel as though i have been lifted from the pit of darkness and now exist...even though it is an existence, one is looked upon as worst than two...
