Down Pour

I am the water
deep and wide
liquid in
the fluid ride
cool and warm
in your touch
flowed through fingers
within clutch
tears have formed
a salty sea
it and earth
composes me
I have fallen
to call it rain
drops unite tender
green obtained

"no darkness has ever been deep enough to extinguish my personal knowledge of love"  Anne Rice

I envy the water, the way it can touch your entire body all at the same time....
