I've taken quite a shine to this computer thing
I'm pretty sure
this computer thing has taken quite a shine to me.

There can be no disputing
the quality of computing
or what it means to me.

I haven't felt this way before
since I first saw a Commodore 64
back in 1983.

I knew that the first time that I ever tasted her data
that I would have to date her.
Now I spend hours,
gazing into her screen
pressing and caressing all of her buttons
and
if music really is 'The food of love'
I've turned into something of a glutton
because, I know it's just a machine
but it takes me places that I have never been
before.

Very nice, and do you remember the old VIC 20?
It had the memory of a gnat's whisker!

I only used computers at work so I didn't know the fun I could have with them. Then a friend started showing me all the fun things.
WOW! Music, art, anything you want to know just ask. Graphic arts, going to different places of the world, meeting new friends that last a lifetime.
Ypeer I have also takin' a shine to this little ole computer.
Good Jobber

You're so right, Simon. Love my computer and so enjoy communicating with all the great people on PIP.

I'm still pretty puzzled about which end of the thing you hit the tennis ball with.

Isn't it just amazing where we can go with the click of the mouse. You can even call people all of the world on the computer for free.
