Stretching the Truth

Those Presidential Candidates go on and on
and on about many subjects of discussion,
their mouths busy saying a multitude of
words that the teleprompter feeds them.
The prompter controls the speed at which
they talk, as the words appear they start
and when the words disappear they stop.
But I wonder, do the candidates have any
substance, the ability to think and reason,
can they separate fact from fiction and do
they have the capability of intellectually
speaking and saying the truth with conviction?

"Teleprompters are like breast implants,
stretching the truth"....

Good write James. The teleprompters have to be like breast implants because the candidates are a bunch of boobs. Take care and HAve fun. Steve

Thank you sewasham for the wonderful response...I'm still hoping that Mitt Romney comes on as McCains Vice-Presidental selection...I think Romney is the only candidate that can speak intelligently without a teleprompter...and we need someone to vote for that was more than a silly Senator...Romney was a Governor...James

Roniece the other Democratic candidate Obama is giving Clinton a good run for her money...the Democratic Super Delegates might determine who the Democratic candidate will be...I like the sound of McCain/Romney, of course I would like the sound of Romney/McCain even better, but I have to be flexable is this situation...
I'm a little surprised that your Prime Minister would back Clinton...James
