from the top of mount susitna

early morning sun sends invitation
promises warmth
with a delight deceptive

winter chill tempers heated overtures
pierces bone-deep,
cutting into spring's time

...

It's fantastic when you listen to Nature's whispers, dear Alison.

I went to check on google and found some breathtakingly spectacular pictures of Mount Susitna (... Sleeping Lady!).

Love,

Winter's chill is definitly biting into spring time down here ... it's 76 @ 7:30p and expected to be in the eighties for the next few days....Would love a little more of that "bite".

As usual from you...loved this, my friend.

Wow!  You googled it ... yes, Sleeping Lady is a beautiful woman mountain.  Her whispers are hard to ignore.

I would love to share some of our winter temperatures with you. It is warming up - today it is about 22.  I am heading out soon to ride my snowmachine.

Wanna come along?

Enjoyed this and your mountain (googled it)
it has been like summer here lately but today it is raining a little but the sun is starting to shine through.
