Light and Shadow.
Kieran Maye

I stand at an Apex.
Not the crossroads,
Of traditional indecision.
But I stand, holding a ball of light.
Given to me as a key,
A key to my soul and to my salvation.
As I try to hold the light close to me,
My shadow grows, long and darker.
Its intoxicating whispers, drowning my ears
I shudder, as only the warmth of the light,
Reminds me of its love for me.
So subtle, so calming.
Like the doe, who drinks in still rivers,
I take the light within me, letting myself glow from within.
To those who struggle in shadow, trying to hold their own light.
Remind you, I will,
As the clock strikes noon, and the bells toll loud.
Where the sun stands at it highest,
Built up by love, and truth.
The shadows,
Simply are no more.

Thalen,

What is tradition indecision?

Other than that question, I think this make fairly good use of symbolism.

Ah, excuse me its suppose to be "traditional indecision" since in my poetry magazine, I received many cliche poetry about having "two paths of good and evil."
A slight jab, if you will.
