gravelation ceremonies
transitions from sky side timbucktoo
to the underside of old oceans
rubbing their bellies

and we with bare foot attention
picking up cards without faces
and holding them to our foreheads
pretending we see the answers

then laughing at the children
in our bodies and wondering why
but then getting sidetracked again
with the men and women in our skin

I often need more than you, you say
when you see me perusing the catalogs
looking for another one our size
that might help us ruin each other

when you needed a moment to love me

D

I think when sky and ocean first met (for the very first time), there musta been one helluva collision.

Beautiful truths to begin a day.

You are the bringer of smiles, dear Poet!

and

quote:
then laughing at the children
in our bodies and wondering why

There is nothing that brings more joy than rediscovering the child within and to let it have its way ... at least sometimes!

Bravissimo!

Love,
Margherita
