Little Red Book

Look out you unsuspecting soul.
You never know when I will appear.
I may seem innocent and filled with charm.
But the folks that know me.
Slip out the back door and flee into the night.
The ones who see me with the little red book in hand.
Grab the book and begin to run.
For if they do not take-
I follow and read NO matter where they may hide.
Into the cellar, out into the yard-
Close and lock the bathroom door.
I sit outside innocently and read from my little red book.
Now you say-
“What kind of book could this be that folks have to run from thee?”
Oh!
You gullible soul.
Keep reading if you dare and find out the mystery.
Now lets see where to begin.
BALD IS BEAUTIFUL
Sometimes a man who does a lot of reflecting isn’t bright; he’s just bald.
I’ve been washing my hair too much-it’s shrinking.
He has wavy hair...it’s waving goodbye.
YOU’RE OVER THE HILL WHEN
You’re over the hill when you try to straighten out the wrinkles in your socks
and discover you’re not wearing any.
This is just the beginning folks.
Now I have a story to tell.
One day while I was sitting quietly on the bus and the little red book in hand.
Hey!
Wait a minute where are you going?
(the bus driver running away)
Come back here.
I’m...............................!

Thanks for reading. I had a friend that was a bus driver and would read him these silly jokes. Good thing he didn't runaway b/c I don't know how to drive a bus. LOL
