Here alone, alone in the darkness Mind wandering, an image appears You and I, standing close together Bathed in candlelight Engulfed in the melody of a song Entwining ouir souls Your scent invades my senses Your touch hypnotizes my body Your heartbeat vibrates through me Together we sway slightly Our movements slow and deliberate I feel adored, worshiped, loved And in an instant, The truth appears Again alone and lonely For once, I knew happiness My heart had its desire With one wish, one dance |
