Some of Felix’s clients are brutal.

They get excited,
and sometimes go
way over the top.

These are to ones
he’ll remember.

He keeps a catalog of faces,
names, and locations in his head.

He’s small now,
but he will grow.

He will be big and mean,
just as his father was.

He will remember everything,
and he will take revenge.

Bobby

I had a very secure and calm childhood and until recently most of my adulthood.

So to read about Felix at times, just tears at my heart and at others I wonder what makes him stay and take the abuse.

Nakdthoughts,

There are many fancy answers to that question.  In the case of Felix, it's all centered in the stomach.

Go without any food at all, for three or four days in a row, and that will answer your question.

Bobby
If you have a moment please read POOR LITTLE CHILD. I thought of you when I posted this one.
Poorlittle Felix and the horror he had to live.
I have no wise words for the inhumanity
for those that do inflict such life long pain.

Bon Bon,

Please change the font on your "Poor Little Child" poem so it is easier for us old people to read it.

I'd love to read it.

Sewasham,

Thank you for your concern for Felix.  He's doing very well.

One of his models, and a good young (40) friend of mine, is working on a graduate degree in Social Work.

Dear RDB,

Thanks for thinking about Felix.  You're on his good list.
