Words stuck in throat just want to cry out their release not wanting to give in or give up to the thoughts that are rising today. It will never end, this punishment not wished but heaped upon me anyway. No longer feeling control or in a safe world or even in a sane one... wondering how long before it all evens out. M You do not feel in control right now because you are just going through the motions every day, almost on auto pilot I think...it will come out right in the end, I really belive that....keep your chin up |
