Spring forward or back?
I am confused,
As far as the time
Have I gained or have losed?
And how does the Sun,
Know when to sleep in,
and gain us as an hour,
before day's begin?
Or is it up earlier?
And sooner the night?
How does the moon know,
When to light up its light?
I think it's a plot,
To make us pull out our hair,
But their plan is a failure,
'Cause I'm already there.

Tim~

I adore Daylight Savings
for the chance to traipse
the meadow longer each day~

I'll take the confusion
and use it to my favor
an extra hour of daylight
I get to savor~

I am confused too.
But, I like the poem.

I don't blame you for being confused Simon. It does suit some people but it is a real pain in the butt for the dairy farmer, as

they have to rise very early as it is. Getting up at five o'clock is tough enough

but suddenly when you have to get up an hour earlier, seven days a week, it's quite

a blow to the system, but you wrote a great poem my friend. Much enjoyed.

I just shared this news the other day
how this time makes me swing and sway;
I pulled myself forward hours before time
losing sleep when it could have been mine.

But nevertheless, it pulled its crawl
until today, before tomorrow, I bawled!
I pushed forward time, a day ahead of tomorrow
thinking that I would awake, without any sorrow.

Daylight Savings? Only in winter!
Now we have to act like a sprinter!
And yet, before all is done?
We'll be missing the passing of Sun.
