The Empty Heart

It's been quite a few days now
blankly staring at the sores
waiting for some healing over,
anything from my heart to yours.

The rain doesn't help much,
my patience wearing thin-
but what's another day or two
after the alcohol kicks in?

Looking back, it's been years
gone as the bartender pours
one foot in the grave, seeing
nothing from my heart to yours.

Your unique style lends itself so well to the outpouring of deep feelings.
Well done Dix.

Dear Dixie, you bring emotions from your heart to ours and you are very much alive.

From my heart to yours now I send all my love. Rise above the past, every new day brings a new beginning and new chances to LIVE.

Wish we could have some nice coffee together and talk the melancholy off your heart.

Love and hugs, Dixie girl.

Passing shadows,

Not bad.  My advice to you is to get over it, whatever it is.

Dixie, I really hope this is a look over the shoulder at the dark past & not indicative of the present, you have so much to offer......know you ARE loved and please, do not give up...John

Dear Dixie, I think that when we see nothing from one heart to another it's definitely time to move on but I know moving is a real drag and can take a long time.  Hang in there!

Dear Dixie, your heart will be filled again my friend; travel in a new direction and see what you might find, each one of us is tested and tested, you will be ok, today, tomorrow, but you will be fine. Wishing for your happiness.
