It’s a hot and sultry
summer night.

Mom and Felix are out
walking the crowded hood.

It seems everyone
is out on the street tonight.

Mom has Felix
walking a little ahead of her.

She likes to watch
the way he moves.

Felix doesn’t mind.
He likes to make her happy.

Bobby

I love the tone of this write and the feelings ~ and memories of walks with my daughters ~ that it evokes in me.

That was a lovely Mom and son moment.

you typically display such a fine natural/'conversational'
(slice-of-real-life) impressionistic style in these 'writes!'

serious applause!!
