It’s an artful land that dissipates
the force of love and me
held both as quite amazing
by viewpoints of the truth.

Think and say and know it;
well, glory, glory, be
how easy to attain greatness
if this is all it takes
but perhaps the recipe
is missing an ingredient
and all attempts flop dismally
simply because of heat.

Too hot, too cold, rise and dip
the temperature of need
and it’s like the changing guard
brings the unwanted new
and we sigh and cry repeatedly
like silly little maidens
left standing at the fort.

And then I breathe, oh, yes indeed,
because somewhere in the air
float particles of energy
like the love I feel for you
waiting for acceptance
by those in lack and need.

Back again to glory, glory, be
for I am here, you are there,
and I can’t alone produce
the really quite amazing
when love is just the heat in me
and not like you can see it.

So the maidens breathe and feel
and stand for a million years
at the fort of need!

Helen~

This piece is layered with ponderous thoughts~

'And then I breathe, oh, yes indeed,
because somewhere in the air
float particles of energy
like the love I feel for you
waiting for acceptance
by those in lack and need.'

Thanks Sunshine and Lady Tom!  I had some words of wisdom (?) ready to type but I can only let out a sigh.  I guess it's that "alone" thing that gets to one every now and again but life goes on ... and on and on!

Maiden Honey, may all you breathe and feel be glorious and meet your needs emotionally, physically, financially, and spiritually.

Giving you a big, loving hug,

Linda
