They clung together without a care
bodies grinding as a drum beats the air
totally aroused they dance around the floor
they can barely wait til they walk in the door

Their bodies touch intimately as they turn
Grinding so slowly they feel the burn
The music fills the air and the night
they'll keep dancing til mornings light

Smell the sweat & fragrance of perfume
as the bodies collide & dance round the room
The music gets louder, a change in the beat
crushing together - their bodies meet

She has a dream, as she stands so still
Knowing the man she loves will soon fullfil
Hard to believe it started with a glance
soon she loved him as much as she loved to dance

LynnFromCT,

This is a good poem, and picture to go with it.  I like it.

Everything seems to start from a glance ... and a dance is already heaven enough to dream forever.
I loved "Dirty Dancing" a lot and your words are very enticing too.

Love,
