my mind drifts on sandstone waterfalls
like reading books with deep ink indentions
the words one can feel when blinded by love

then you whisper about green grass meadows
and puppy feet dancers playing
uncovering treasures I can only imagine

but my mouth waters it's wanting anyway
and you bring me a basket of kisses
the slow melting kind with coatings

as you lean over my imagination's sides
short hemming a horizon without evening
a slow study of wanting more than shows

and you wear my mind as welcomed glancing

the robes of wanting
piled on the floor, crumpled there
in glancing reveal.

Ohh, this view of waters is of the kind that moves me to tears!

Smiles and tears mixed, like when watching pure beauty.

D

You make me smile with your poetry.  The words you write and how you use them makes me just read slowly and savor them.

I like this and I smiled.

I've never read a piece with such flow, and tenacity. Such beauty in every word. Each changing and bringing new surprises.

Amazing.
