From my sick bed..... Because I just passed all the tests* And have been given the all clear So I’m gonna go get dressed And limp the hell outta here ! * Luckily for me, intelligence was not part of the criteria ....Next time you see I have posted, I shall be back home.....John |

Simon, I am glad I brightened up your day... by the way, that was not an earthquake we had the other day, it was me trying to get to the bathroom in a hurry as they said I could not leave until I had “ been” I did not need telling twice !! Amusemi & SEA... Many thanks, Margherita, Only six? I do have 1 very large one waiting in the wings, as you may have guessed, events having occurred in a large antiseptic building in the last few days may well influence 1 or 2 of them..... Sunshine, limping carefully as we speak, speed of recuperation is increasing with each minute I am back in the blue... Dixie, I do so love being the bearer of glad tidings, hope the wait will turn out to be worth it ! Sorry to say, slowly is not something I am too good at, this place ( and you guys) should be on prescription as it is doing me more good than any medication....it’s good to be home, thanks for keeping my seat warm Midnitesun, I’ll drink to that ! ( I wish....) Thanks people......John |

. Nurse, Nurse !!! ‘Pon my soul, I just came over all feint But attributed to my condition it most surely ‘aint For my brain has been denied it’s supply of blood (!) By that Gif of a Heavenly Nurse from up above So as soon as the swelling goes down in my incision Do you know what I’m going to do? I’m going to visit Pictorial Precision And have it turned into a tattoo I do not think my doctor will be too pleased When he discover my blood pressure has increased For I was advised to give my heart a rest Which is easier said than done When I’m having so much fun Flexing the muscles on me chest….. .  |

Oh, no! Nurses are not to raise the blood pressure readings of their patients! We are supposed to lower them. I suppose my uniform was rather provocative. Excuse me while go slip into a uniform that is less comfortable and less likely to raise your blood pressure.  There now, that should help settle your blood pressure back down to normal! N. A.
