I told her she had people
not like H & R Block,
but people she needed to heal,
a life ahead, a walk.

People not even born yet
she needed to be there for,
isn't that an awesome revelation?
An angel's touch that's yet in store?

She is a teacher and a healer,
my daughter, my precious spawn,
a seed within an angel's womb
and the fact that life goes on.

Ain't she just 32 flavors and then some?

Strange how I said it, not knowing what I meant
"people not born yet" not knowing my intent
until God showed me she was meant to be
a pediatric heart surgeon, the pride of me!

And I wear two silver hearts around my neck
a symbol of our love never broken,
she doesn't know exactly what it means
and the love will forever go unspoken

but forever known. In heart. Always.
The picture you see here
up in the top left corner of your screen
will always be held dear.

It's just unspoken!

Dixie,

I remember once writing to you and telling you how special I find the picture of you and your daughter to be.  My feelings have never changed.  It's the most beautiful picture that I have seen in PiP.

Hang in there, my friend.  You have this wonderful person in your life - your daughter.  And she is lucky to have you in hers.

Dixie this is so deeply overwhelmingly tender and beautiful! I am so happy that your daughter brings you so much joy and gratification. You are precious to each other.

ps I'm not totally sure, but I believe Arctic Wind is a boy, he said that once ... it would indeed be nice to know for sure.

A decoration that for the most part
To the casual observer goes unseen
And yet those two matching silver hearts
Symbolize the fulfilment of a dream

Dixie

Words have no need to be spoken
Exchanged looks are more than enough
For the promise that shall be forever unbroken
A Mother and Daughters Love....
