I can see my eyes
Around a pole that
Sits aside the spaces
That people and sit and speak
Their words across the bath’s
Vanilla spread creek

And I jade my fingers
Into one straight point,
A direction to somewhere else
A so-called path that takes
The pebbles that fold often
And with their friction, they sit and wait,

For me to realize a fate,
A neat little suicide, not of death,
But the suicide of fears and spheres
That dictate the way I think and sink
Into a conundrum of myself.

Myself that sits here,
That knows who I am,
But who am I to those around me?
