Can you feel the love I send today
to you, out there, so far away?
Did you hear my whisper on the breeze
as the wind carried it through the trees?

Did you rest for a moment and listen to my sighs,
did you recall the twinkle in these loving eyes?
Can you sense my heart beating so strong and true?
Happy Valentines Day baby,
I love you.

Well, if I could hear your whispered love in the trees, then surely your "baby" did!

~ and btw, your eyes truly do "twinkle"! It's the 'Spirit' in you radiating love out into the world!

Sending a Valentine's Day hug of love your way,

Linda

If you wrote to me
A poem like this
A moment with you
I'd never miss

Your sighs would be
at my neck and chest
No time for poems
Nor for rest

Oh Donna that is sooo good, the recipient of

that Valentine must feel so loved when he

Simple and sweet. That's usually the truist form of expression. At least, it has been in my experience. Love this.
