There’s a brotherhood,
and sisterhood amongst us.

We can talk about it.
No one else can.

We say odd stuff
no one catches.

We don’t need
secret handshakes.

We never wink
or roll our eyes.

You didn't wink or roll your eyes in my neighborhood either. I totally understand this... though you don't think about it much unless someone brings it up.

hey bobby no cornfields is not where it is its my nick name for my town in the middle of nowhere called Virginia this is a good poem

I don't belong to the same brotherhood/sisterhood that you do, Bobby. But, I do belong to one.

And, yes, we also recognize each other, listen to each other and stand up for each other.

we sure have no secret handshake but as i said earlier we do have a secret language and you also have mastered the language of poetry.
