The Blessing Of You ~*Grandma Poet*~  It seems that only yesterday you came into our lives to stay I can still recall the very hour of the blessing of that day~ Where is that little baby that we held ? How quickly the years have flown Here you are now at six years old just the sweetest girl we have known~  Delaney, you've blessed us every day with your sweetness, kindness and your consideration in every possible way~ You are the best big sis to little sister,Landry Leigh She loves you, looks up to you and you are just the sweetest sister you can be~ Happy Birth-of-day, young lady Now that you've turned six May the year ahead be filled with as much love as you've given us for the past six~ February 12, 2002 - February 12, 2008 ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |

Oh my dear friends~ How it warms my heart to see your responses to my grandie girlie poetry~ Yesterday Delaney got her last 'five-year old' hug and kiss from her ~Poet~ ... and we began the morning with her first 'six-year old' hugs and kisses from her ~Poet~ I can promise you all that she is just as lovely, kind and loving as she looks~  She and Landry are looking forward to the birthday party celebrations on Saturday~ I have passed all of your wishes on to her~ Titia~ She loves the photo !!! LOL .. when I showed it to Landry today, she wanted to know where she was !
