LAST KISS

from that last kiss,
i knew i had your heart,
but it's not hard to miss,
we are so far apart,

i know in my mind,
the kiss meant nothing,
though the past is far behind,
you're still my everything,

my mind is often wrong,
but my heart now knows,
i won't be gone for too long,
before to you it shows,

for now i can only wait,
the future will come soon,
and also my secret fate,
will be your hefty boon.

Michyla,

I'd go over this, and try it with Standard English Language punctuation and capitalization.

That would make it easier to read.

Welcome to here.  The idea is fine.

I am one to believe that it's the raw emotion
that makes our words and feelings

              ....  POETRY IN MOTION!

Welcome and keep up the good work.

Michyla,

Your first efforts are way beyond what mine were.  Lovely poem, filled with much emotion - I like it.

Welcome to P.I.P. - please continue to share and let us enjoy the growth that will come to you.  It has happened to us all, I bet.  We grow together.

Welcome,
Alison

Hello, Michyla! Welcome aboard the pip ship! I hope you enjoy sailing these seas of blue as much as I have.

May this be the first of many poems that you will write. Emote away! It's good for our sense of well-being.

Giving you a warm, welcoming hug,

Michyla...

simple is where we start.
Depth is where we live.
