O' would it be that you could see Into my heart, into my soul, For deep within the me of me, You bloom fair Rose, in love's extol. At times it seems a life ago, That first we kissed, lips gently pressed, and other times it seems as though, t'was yesterday when first was blessed, with you my Rose, a love divine, forever and forevermore, I pledge to thee, I will be thine, You are fair Rose, my heart's adore. You are my love, you are my life, My valentine, fair Rose, my wife. |
