Felix has a nasty fetish.
It’s a knife fetish.

He wouldn’t be caught dead
without a very sharp knife.

Felix can shave with his knife.
Yeah, it’s just that sharp.

Now some people,
they would say—

“That boy Felix—
he’s crazy over knives.”

They all think he’s nuts—
but he’s not.

No, not really.
He just likes sharp knives.

He’s like a wolf.
He needs those knives to cut.

He thinks he better have them.
He thinks he might cut you.

Bobby

He shall not trust anyone including "you"(me).
Because bad life experience has taught him so.
But people's disdain of him was more than a sharp knife  to his heart and self-esteem.

well the way I see it Bobby... Felix needs those sharp knives to protect him from all the not so nice people he encounters.. and I think there have been a few of those already!  love RDB

Be kind at heart....for everyone you meet has their own battle to fight.........

Fetishes like that tend to get people in touble and with an attitude like this feeling in the last two line, worries other people.  Weird Felix...But no less so than people with gun fetishes, or fist fitishes....needs to see a psyche, seems to me...but then...most psyche's need to see a psyche in my opinion....

LOL

Yo TomMark,

What’s with this “distain” trip?  Felix is very popular.  He won’t tolerate any other opinion.  Everyone loves Felix—SEE!

RDB,

Felix says “Thanks for your support.  You’re all right.”

Jwesley,

Felix is more than willing to see a psyche.  Felix is just that way, he‘ll always go out of his way to “help” someone.

Not so much a fetish, but my trusty knife was a tool of the jungle. I don't think Felix wants to cut anyone, but he's ready! Enjoyed reading a part of the evolution of Felix's mind.

Thanks Art,

"Tool of the Jungle" is a good description.  Felix and I have always carried a knife.  We only do stuff like peeling apples with our knives.

Thank Yann,

Yes, Felix has only used his knife for peaceful purposes.  He's never cut on anyone.
