Losing you had to come in its own time
and there's been so much time in between,
enough that the memories fade away
and others have stepped into the scene.

It seems easy now to be strangers
maybe because we have been for years,
letting you go had to come in its own time
when the need to come back disappears.

No, it's not really a big deal to me
and maybe life just made me cold,
but you weren't there and I lost care,
becoming strangers is better than gold.

All has to come in its own time.

The feelings in the heart are ageless.

Dear Dixie, these are powerful insights girl and written so well. They should be read by all those who cling and suffer endlessly. There is a right time no doubt, sometimes the wisdom takes its time to surface.

Love and hugs.
