backside buicks
backed in beauties
with their chrome songs
all down low in hover sway

we were the children men
with our rings of silver
and our leather memories
leaning on scarface's concrete

stogieing up a saturday evening
without any morality on
just loose change exposure
hanging our males like mules

waiting for a handful sinner
to come speak easy want to's
and leave us empty urges
like the shadows on our shirts

always craving that highway jesus
______________

daark..scribblenote..ya really got to ride this patch to wear this scribble..

I think I understand this one even without riding that patch, D.!
A tough story told with mastery again and with the consciousness of the vacuity of certain experiences that leave one craving for other "peaks".
