What’s A Teardrop To Do?
~*Marge Tindal*~

What’s a teardrop to do
but
.......f
............a
..................l
......................l
overwhelmed by it all ?

This saline notion, brimming with emotion
of poetic memories in recall~

On a lash it may linger
sometimes caressed by a finger
of regret that came to be~
Slips to a soft cheek, beyond words of speak
then in a streak …
it silently falls~

This tear of emote … spills a heart-in-break~
What’s a teardrop to do … but fall ?

~In tender loving memory of our dear, dear Seymour Tabin~

Marge, you are a fine poetess (and word artist) who has a loving heart as big as Mount Olympus!

An exceptionally beautiful and highly moving piece of soul writing.

God bless our Sigh Guy ~ and you.

Although Sy will certainly be missed
we can all be so thankful to have
known him, whether in person or through
his poetry.

We, who believe, Sy believed in Jesus,
can also have tears of joy, assured he's
now home with his Savior.

Thanks, Marge for such a thoughtful
expression...as tender as he was, you are.

My favorite line.  Very nicely laid out and the inclusion of the picture complimented the poem nicely

Marge, Seymour would love this. You have captured the emotion beautifully, and as always, you have provided a lovely picture to enhance your wonderful poetry. I agree with hoot - the oceans are deeper now.

To see all of you wonderful people give your own tributes to Seymour is a blessing to this lady~

He always was one very, very special person~

Some of you haven't been in for awhile,
please know that we all are glad to see you come 'home', and give praise to our sweet poet~

(He would like this ... he had the sexiest legs !)
Yep, he sure did~

In person, Seymour was just as elegant as his words~
And ... a true gentleman~
