it is as the leaves have penned me stories of your voice on mornings when you come to the window sides and look for shadows of dreams my eyes too are there in dawn skins waiting to know the flavor of your smile to know the smooth of your shoulders when you bathe your wanting in warm my hands are at the hammer stands pounding out metal sounds in oil the wet voices of partial healing when only all of your secrets can heal I am the white hound of winter then panting at the blush of your fires you are the dancer of candles on glass tempting with your perhapsing hesitations the eyes of this thirsting heathen _____________ daark |
