So, this is something that I just wrote off the top of my head. I hope ya'll like it!

Alone

The world is full of little things
That push and pull the twine
I see the finer things
Like the love that used to bind

Though I am affected
I am left alone
Never will I ever see
That lovely little home

The one we said we would share
The family for you and me
A simple little cottage
Just you and me it would be

Oh how life takes a spin
And my world disappeared
Oh how I loved you
Oh how much I feared

I feared for me
I feared for you
I feared for us
I feared for being blue

Courage did escape me
It left me all alone
So now I sit and wonder
Locked inside my little home
