In the darkness,
I tried to be beautiful,
no one cared,

Hidden from truth,
heart abandoned,
breathing shallow air,

lost in the wilderness,
solitary solitude,
heart in deepest despair,

My heart grows cold,
hungry, starving,
but there is no one,

to feed it.
