An empty shell
Its what I am
My priorities astray
To fill this hole
I keep stepping in
To make it through each day

Enough is enough
I’m moving past
The obstacles in my way
The wind blows cold
Across singing chimes
In the breeze they elegantly sway

The shrouds been lifted
I’ve seen the light
The error’s of betray
This life I had
This love I felt
Slowly melts away

To new found places
People and things
Not tomorrow but today
These feelings linger
My heart feels loss
Like a needle in the hay

Better to die, and sleep
The never-waking sleep, than linger on
And dare to live when the souls life is gone.
