and so... life is very fragile
very precious
a life lived to its fullest
a life breathed to its last
children left bereft of love
children left without a Dad
my tears are for the ones who stay
for those who didn't want him to go away
But leave he did
And now he's gone
With no more songs to sing

Tonight I just found out a close family friend's father passed away.. he was such a nice man, full of love for his children, full of hope for his grandchildren.... tears fall on sad a face... RDB

It is hard to accept and when there are children, it is even more sad. Your words are full of love and compassion, dear Roniece.

Love and hugs.

What DS wrote is perhaps the best way to view this event, though most don't feel this way so close to the moment.
Heart hugs to all.

A heartfelt, empathetic expression of your compassionate heart.

"a life lived to its fullest
a life breathed to its last"

~ An epitaph that we should all aspire to have!

God bless him and the loving family that now grieves his loss.

Love & Eternal Light,
Linda

I hope he left them lots of happy and loving memories.  Never the less it is a hard time.  You write it well.  Joyce
