When you're at your darkest When you feel beat down When you feel alone You're NOT! Patience pays off Good things come to those who BELIEVE! It's all part of GOD's plan I'm an example of giving up of crying of being thrown into despair It's cliche but it's true It's happening for a reason For when your heart is free of the burden weighing you down You will SOAR! You will be the person you are meant to BE! Don't stop praying Don't stop believing Don't stop loving Just because you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel This is a practice run A multiple choice test It doesn't matter who gets to the finish line first or if the answer is D all the above It just matters that you never give up on You and GOD If at first you don't succeed destroy all the evidence that you tried. |

Kristen, I have come to realize the cliches are some of the wisest sayings .. and are cliche because they are so true that they are over-used. Your conviction rings out strong in this poem - and your positive attitude will help you soar higher. I enjoyed this poem. Alison |
