something about the sand
and black and white
and read all over

you laughing at my eyes
how they search for flaws
in the text of your pores

or punctuation out of place
perhaps not enough commas
for pauses there or here

so you hurry your story on
hoping I will turn more pages
and want to get to your ending

and work my way back from there

Hi DS....I wonder if sometimes knowing the ending gives the beginning reason to make a middle.

I always read a bit of the last page first - the suspense distracts from the beauty of the story.
