I have a romantic heart but,
a mind that encases it
I write often from the inside
but am stifled by this barrier
most good poets fear not themselves
they may fear others and their tongues
but usually their heart beats strong
giving life to the parchment and ink
a flowing love you can feel
an understanding that you feel with them
or at least most can
that is a haunting failure
never being true

A real man kisses his children goodnight

Love your ponderings, Poet.

To learn to be true to ourselves is a lifetime process, I guess.

Learning to listen and reflect our innermost essence, without fear, is a good thing to do.
By bringing into the Light our own shadows, they disappear.

Love and Happy New Year!
Margherita
