Quiet peaceful calm...
though the storm still rages
wanna be newtons
teaching the teachers
who are holding the last jar
of what's left of rightousness
justifying thier holding
for the sake of the hand
timing the name of the game
and the hanged man seen it all
as you watched them fall
the followed being followed
like a dog...on the chase of his own tail
knowing that his tail won't ever get away
but it's so damn hard to catch
free birds that never land
are over looking traces
of your heart in the sand
smile when you think of me
and think of me when it makes you smile

This is interesting, Julie.
I am not sure that I am fully understanding it, but I like how it piques my interest.

I'll be reading it more than once, that's for sure.

I am really happy to see you back.  Hope you stick around a while.

Alison
