I traveled a long distance today, keeping my appointment, to see, a wonderful new doctor, As I approached the receptionist, I could hear his accent, a familiar one, but unfamiliar around here, Out of my curiousness I asked, he said he was from the U.K., Sheffield England to be exact, Why are you here? he replied, he had been here, four years to the day, Moved over to the United States, after meeting a woman online, they met playing pool on yahoo games. They now are happily married, He showed me a photo of his son, funny how life comes to you, Out of the blue, reminding you, of things from the past, I question, why is this so? How much of a coincidence? what are the chances? strange.... My appointment went well, As I came back out, the conversation continued, He knew of the places, the ones I mentioned, he knew of alot of things, I walked out, with a smile, thinking about his story, his journey, most of all, his happiness.... |

yes, just my thoughts Jo...I loved the movie "Serendipity"...what is odd, I have these strange occurances about once a month....some force, or something more is going on behind the scenes.. Thank you! I will be having surgery in Jan, or Feb... I need all the prayers I can get! |

Thank you Jo...I hope all the people of PIP will be praying for me and thinking about me during this time... the more prayers the better..where two or three are gathered...he is there..in the mist thereof...hears our prayers. Hugs and love~ARH So sweet of you! |

thanks to all of you for your concern, and for your friendships, your prayers, my appointment went well. The surgery is outpatient...so it should go as planned....but it is always scary going under... in case I don't come back...all I ask is to remember me... Hugs~ARH You know you're in love, when you can't fall asleep,because reality is finally better than your dream~Dr.Seuss |

Interesting write, it is rare that doctors take the time for conversation, so this is a great advantage. I join in prayers for a successful surgery when the time will come and for quick recovery. All is well, you trust. Love and hugs. Margherita  |
