The Year was 1826

It was the fiftieth anniversary of
the Declaration of Independence.
Did you know that two former Presidents
and original signers of the Declaration,
John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both passed
away on the same day; July 04, 1826...
Jefferson was 83 and Adams was 90.

2001

Jefferson was the Chief Author
and Adams was the Lead Advocate.
