As time moves on
and order is set,
I feel the return
of a calmness and yet
it's anticipation
that creates my adore
of Winter's approaching,
it's seasoning and more.

Maureen...Great poem. Enjoyed...Paul

I feel a chill in the air
as I snuggle under blankets of goose down
Tranquil sight of
leaves falling all around
Winter slowly emerges with
its touch of white
Put another log
on the fire tonight
